Went with 3 young kids expecting a break to have to leave early,first of all all restaurants were closed except the weird pizzeria,food in dinner and a very rude waiter to other staff which was embarrassing the another waiter delivers the kid ice cream with his thumb sitting in the ice cream them puts it down on front the kids and sucks his thumb. Then went to the bar to find toddlers crawling around the floor til near 1 in the morning. Went to bed got up and kids wanted to look out the window only to discover a big enough patch of dried blood on the ledge, called the cleaner from outside toshiw her which cleaned it off with a cloth then continued to wipe down the sinks in my bathroom with the same cloth. Then went down to bring the kids on the santa train were people were queuing in pjs to see vomit on the ground ouside the lift and after retuning over an hr later discovered it still there even though I passed at 5 cleaners on that floor and one actually exit the lift while I entered. And just to add there was *** all over the toilet wall in the room on arrival too so found it a really bad experience.
