We had 2 accounts, my wifes & mine. We were paying with a check and they were taking it out of our checking account each month .so we were over paying .We tried to get this into one account several times.We had TV cut off a few times they said we owed them money. The guy at the ATT store said we had over paid but to pay the bill and they would ajust it after this was all straighten out.Every time you call ATT i know it would i have to stay on their for a close 1 hr. or more . The same is pretty much true at the store but I feel like at they did their best to fix the problem.I have spent several l hours trying to fix a problem you would think their PC could straighten out.I I think I have spent over 10 hours the last few month going from PC to Pc to one ATT person to another I have heard several complants about ATT so I know it was not just me. They need a major over- haul of customer service..

AT&T is the wrong carrier of choice for anything items that they give you free or for $.99 is a scam the items are defective I don't anyone become a victim like myself. They give items & charge you a large amount of money for defective items the warrantee is worth nothing I sent the tablets to the company they returned him not repaired but want to charge you money cancellation fees $200 AT&T is not the carrier to use please do not go to AT&T for nothing poor products over payments do not choose AT&T thank you

ade the mistake of switching to AT&T and Direct TV to save a little money. Definitely NOT worth it. To begin with I was assured that Direct TV no longer had the issues of the TV going out every time there is rain or wind, it still does. Was told that AT&T's internet speed was sufficient to handle streaming, multiple devices etc, IT IS NOT. I called repeatedly to complain about the issues, no help from either service department. Finally after 3 months got so fed up with it that we cancelled the services. Then the billing issues started, since they were combined billing us, I was charged by both AT&T and Direct TV for the same services. Called and spoke with numerous CSR and paid the amount I was told I owed for each company, this included the early termination fees. Started receiving phone calls and past due bills from the AT&T side, called and explained that I had paid already, they transferred me to the combined billing department, accounts were reviewed and I was told I was paid in full. Repeated this on 3 seperate occasions within a 6 week period. Each call I took the CSR name, date of call, and a reference number for the call. Received another past due bill saying account was going to collections, called again. After almost 2 hours of being passed around and being told I had to pay even though I didn't owe it, I finally gave up and paid $$ that I know I didn't owe them. Just tired of dealing with them!! My advice to anyone thinking of trying this company... DON'T!!! You will regret it,.

I switched to in at&t thinking it is better company with better services But I found out after 3 months of service it is not a good company my security system got broken two times in the 3 minutes maths is have been without Secuirty system for almost two weeks and they give appointment to fixed after another two weeks.. I am really disappointed with them and I called 3 times and every time I call I hear the same thing that the closest appointment they have to fix it is in the may 12, after holding and talking to the representative for at least 30 minutes n

I had a bundle service with ATT which was due/paid a month in advance. Last payment was on 7-13-16 and cancelled services on July 30, 2016 after four years with ATT. I was expecting a credit for 17 days of unused service but instead I got a bill for $35.85, because one on the services was DUE to expire August 11, 2016. Spoke with Sam and explained that I was not responsible for services after July 30th and was expecting a credit, he asked me to call back in a day or two. Sam did verify that ATT had received the equipment and would not be charged for it (I emailed ATT a copy of the receipt from UPS). Still receiving calls/letters from Prince Parker and Diversified Consultants, Inc. collection agency stating that I owe $208.51, which includes $172.66 for equipment which they claim was not returned. I don’t appreciate ATT retaliating against me for cancelling my services and trying to ruin my credit. Beware when you switch your services to/from ATT.
