Clearly Should Not Be In Business!!
The most disgusting group of professionals, and I use that term loosely, that I have ever dealt with. APRN T. Smith should not have a license to talk to, see, or treat anyone. Call center representatives are not knowledgeable of the protocol of the clinic. In short, this place should not be in business at all. Same mistakes, year after year, and they are still allowed to do business and sadly, treat people.
