Unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
The company took my money for an item that was out of stock. Advised that it had been dispatched but never came. When asking the company for an update they were rude, unhelpful and basically told me it was my problem. I then found out that obviously the product was never coming. I'm looking into securing a refund through ebay, and I will definitely not be using this company again.

Stay away! Worst online experience!
Bought a £200 rod because was saying it was in stock with delivery up to 8 days. after 3 weeks i have no communication from the company. Worst customer service with no transparency. I got my reel from Japan in less than 2 weeks. They should not be online

Don’t use them.
Can’t any online service get credit cards right? I’m so tired of paying for something twice. Once is the rule, fellows. The next time this happens, I’m getting the law on this service. Don’t use them.
