Delivered someone else's funeral wreath

Delivered someone else's funeral wreath to my mother, instead of some sympathy flowers, the day before my fathers funeral. Phone number is unobtainable, and they do not answer emails or social media messages. To make matters worse, the card read as if my mother had died. Despicable behaviour from a company that should understand they will be dealing with people at sensitive times in their lives. I feel equally sorry for the people expecting a wreath for their funeral, and ended up with a bunch of flowers. AVOID THIS "COMPANY" AT ALL COSTS.

Late Delivery and Poor Quality.

I am using this company for the second time in a year and I am especially disappointment this time. I sent birthday flowers to a sick relative today. I paid £80 for them, which included a premium for morning (before noon) delivery. They arrived at 12:35 and were of poor quality, with gashes, withered parts, not to mention being late. My family were embarrassed to tell me about their disappointment in the flowers. I had thought of using Interflora at the time, and now wish I had. I called the company twice and they didn't answer. I left message and also send email and photos. No response. My advise is to avoid this company.

THESE FLOWERS ARE THE WORST

Don't order from them. It is a complete rip off when other people do really beautiful flowers for the same money. These look like they came from a petrol station.

Do NOT order from these guys

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS. You will not get what you ordered. My £70 sympathy bouquet literally looked like they bought some dying grocery store flowers and threw them together. Disgraceful. I wish I had researched before spending £75 their reviews are atrocious You can see what I ordered vs what was delivered

Thanks again for the amazing wreaths and for the excellent service I received.

I used Handy Flowers for an event that held over 1,000 people and took a number of months to organise. Handy Flowers were absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. They were incredibly patient with the various enquiries I had and produced an excellent product which was even better than the photo I provided them with. I will be using handy flowers for my wedding and will be recommending them to anyone who requires a florist. Thanks again for the amazing wreaths and for the excellent service I received.
