In Store Coupon

Went into my local Home Depot with a coupon to purchase a chipper. The store did not carry the chipper but said I could order it online and have it shipped to the local store-BUT I would not be able to use the coupon. I pointed out the absurdity of the store not carrying the item but I could use the coupon while I could purchase the item on line but not use the coupon. I explained that this is a Catch22 but the normal response was "Sorry." This is the way to dissatisfy a customer. Congrats to Home Depot

Home Depot store 2732

Great store, awful plant vendor. Her name is Gail and she is rude not only to the customers but also to her fellow employees. It makes the enter work place and store and uncomfortable place to be in when she complains loudly about issues that are out of people's control. She also uses vulgar language and is plain frankly improffesional in the work force. Further more the store would be a better place without her working for it.
