Quite disappointed with their products
Don’t see a good reason to continue using this online service. Chaps are slow to respond to emails or phone calls about defective items, don’t particularly care that you’re upset about it, and simply refuse to talk about refunds, and that’s if they answer the phone or emails at all. The whole experience made me mad enough to stop using the service altogether.
