I ordered the "trial" jar for 4.95 and then was charged 89.98 3 days later. Phone call to customer service was ridiculous. Because I hadn't "cancelled" within 10 days of the order, they charged me the "enrollment" fee. They hide this statement in supposedly their terms and conditions which a person can't read, because it's a high security alert site and my virus software warned against going there. Buyer beware!!! And - the product, no better than what you can buy from the store.

I rarely order free trials online due to the fear of being scammed. I recently made the mistake of doing just that when I ordered a FREE trial of Try Replenish Cream. The offer was to pay only $4.95 for shipping for the trial jar. I was very careful to read even the small print to make sure there were no other charges. Today I found a charge to my card of $89.95 for the jar I got. When I called my bank they gave me a number to call. I called the company 5 times. The recording sounds legit but after several minutes of being on hold you are never transferred to a person. Your call is just left in "hold he'll". You will never be able to contact the company. I had to cancel my debit card so that the charges wouldn't continue every month. DO NOT order this unless you are ok with paying $89.95 each month for a trial jar of cream!
