Missing order

I have placed a order with uk meds I am in extreme pain and have been waiting on my order for 3 days, I paid £89.99 out of my bank account, it is impossible to speak with anyone on the phone as every time I call I keep on getting the same recorded message and then cut off, I have sent loads of e-mails and keep on getting the same standard information about their delivery service, I am starting to get really worried that I have been done, I've even contacted Royal Mail who actually were very helpful but the have told me they have never received my parcel from them. I am now left in extreme pain in my back.
