Inadequate services
I had been using those guys for a while now as I had 3 registered domains with them. After noticing some strange patterns and issues , decided to check with UD . They were firstly having troubles locating my domain in my account details. Later on they explained that the domain had expired previously. After checking all my mails, mail filters spam etc I was not able to locate any email notifying me of this. They refused to take the blame and on top of it , they would like to charge me a fee in order to restore the services to the domain. Needlessly to say, I will be looking for another provider shortly.
