Ordering is easy, and almost all shipments come quickly and in great shape. On the few occasions that an item might not be in perfect shape, Living Chic has rectified the problem immediately and professionally. Additionally, they are really nice about returns and replacements. Everyone I talk to on the phone is pleasant and helpful.
