My family and I visited this company last week for what we anticipated would be a great time. Boy were we let down. We were told they only take reservations, but their website said nothing about reservations at all. When we requested to speak to a manager, we were then told he was to busy attending to more important matters. I then asked for a contact number to reach the manager at a later time, which was denied. From the moment we stepped in the facility, the experience was very disappointing. This is not a professional establishment at all.
