Review about Ransom Spares
All is well UNTIL you have an issue! Purchased a washing machine door seal that failed withing 3 months of fitting - and the problems start. Searched their website for any 'complaints' contact info - zippo. Searched for email address, found 2 - that dont work, searched for email of chief executive (LEE GILBERT), found out he wont provide that. Contacted by email anyway from his details on Companies House - no response to my complaint and refund request. Ransom Spares has zero customer service/complaints process, think before using such a company.
