If I never see this service again, it will be too soon. Why they’re still in business is beyond me. They can’t answer their emails or phone calls. Their service is good, but it’s carried out by completely robotic workers. I’m sure they’re nice people, but they don’t belong in this industry. The service wasn’t as promised, and performed in a haphazard way. I wanted quality, and what I got was incompetence. Never again.

I only return items if I receive the wrong merchandise or it just isn't what I was looking for. They take too long to process, and I always end up having billing issues because of them.
