Takes weeks.

Takes weeks for parts that others stock and give no information while waiting. Charge restock fee if you try to cancel order while waiting.

Broken part sent, won't refund

Ordered a windshield motor. Sent it to me a few days later but it came with a broken cable housing. I asked to return the item for a refund and they said no. After quoting their return policy to them that is posted on their website they are now asking me for pictures. I sent them, showing the broken housing. Now they want more... just keep giving me their run-around for their mistake.
