My husband and I bought our wedding bands one yr ago this month. They closed the closest location and now we're told we have to drive an hour away to keep up with our life time warranties or mail in 800.00 worth of bands. They are refusing to refund 200.00 for the warranties because it was their choice to close the store. It's my fault the warranties are void because I am being inconvenienced. They got over $1,000 and they refuse to refund any money because we got them inspected one time. I am now out $1,000.00. I wish I would have gone to Kays or another well known one. I already got messed over with my engagement ring now this.
