I absolutely loved my two weeks at Ultimate Fitness! The training was incredibly well-structured, and I noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness levels. Phuket itself was a stunning location—I particularly enjoyed the beach training sessions and the opportunity to visit the Big Buddha. The resort far exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent, located in the resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was perfect for focusing on my fitness goals while also enjoying a relaxing getaway. Overall, my experience with Ultimate Fitness was fantastic, and I'm already planning to rebook for another session. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging yet rewarding fitness retreat in a beautiful setting!

Training at Ultimate Fitness was brilliant, clearly showing they've handpicked an exceptional team. The accommodation was luxurious, set in a fantastic resort. The location was ideal, with amazing food to match. The excursions were a blast, and I had the chance to meet so many wonderful people. I'd definitely return for another round!

------------------------------------------ XTREME SCAM ---------------------------------------------- I have unfortunately booked with Ultimate Fitness Holidays/Xtreme gap (the same company) the Fitness Bootcamp in Thailand where the company expects from the prospective online victims to pay 1746 UK £ for three weeks and stay in a very basic hotel called Little Hill http://www.littlehillphuketresort.com which costs 300£, 100 pounds per week. Extreme gap pleads that you will train with elite athletes and celebrities and you will have the attention of leading experts trainers that have competed in international competitions, and it won't break the bank ????? The gym that you will train is called the Titan gym based in Chalong and will cost you 1446 £ for three weeks http://titanfitness.info The gym is outdated, smelly and rusty (antitetanic jab highly recommended ) and is practically unusable; the equipment looks like was collected from eBay for free. A similar gym in England wouldn’t sell for more than 20 sterlings per month ( and only if there was a free car wash per week), but thanks to Ultimate Fitness Holidays / Extreme Gap you will pay 1446 £ for three weeks, i.e. 2000 for a month !!!!!!!!!!! Yes, 2000 pounds per month you heard well. The gym is appalling and doesn’t worth a fraction of the fortune Ultimate Fitness/ Xtreme Gap is expecting from the online victims to pay. The tiny air condition is never on to save money( I am not sure if it even works), and the open air mat area where they do circuit classes is as dirty as you can imagine. The trainers are in their mid-late forties ( one of them has bilateral hip replacements ) are doing the same copied routine every day, they have no qualification and no idea what they are doing and expect more or less the same rubbish circuit every day The gym is so bad that I left and joined Elite fitness the other gym although I have paid a fortune to Ultimate Fitness Holidays / Xtreme Gap The classes happens Monday to Friday only Don’t expect any expertise the only thing you will get are some rubbish circuits and spinning classes that's all Their nutritionist Pete is an electrician and has no clue he can't even calculate your caloric needs (a simple equation readily available online) Of course, there are no celebrities and professional athletes as the company claims on their website The Titan gym is in the middle of nowhere really far from everywhere 40 min drive minimum to the beach or the Bangla road where is all the nightlife, be prepared to be stuck in the middle of the wilderness Most of the people will feel incredibly bored and isolated as there is no life in a radius of 10 Km If you make a mistake to flight to Phuket for fitness, there are excellent gyms in the island that cost 40 sterlings per month vs. 2000 £ per month if you go with Ultimate Fitness Holiday/Xtreme gap, and are open every day as the Elite fitness. https://www.facebook.com/EliteFitnessChalong/ or the action point https://phuketactionpoint.asia which is the best option to my opinion as it is the closest to the only good beach in the area. Ultimate Fitness Holiday/Xtreme Gap are great Cowboys and are defrauding people via their website, as a rule of thumb believe nothing of what you read on their website be extremely cautious the money they ask you to pay doesn’t reflect any service or quality. Unfortunately, there were no real reviews when I booked with them, and I fell in the online trap Booking with Xtreme Gap is a big mistake, and you will regret it Xtreme Gap is only two people Oliver Bray 39 with his wife Debby 45, Oliver found a way to became rich very fast by deceiving his online victims. Cunning Oliver also has a lot of positive reviews from emails that have only one review in their account i.e. fake positive reviews which is the industry standard with bull shite services like Xtremegap. Oliver is specialising in fake positive reviews production Don't even think about burning your money for these greedy Charlatans

Hopefully, real reviews will emerge to the surface soon so that we will mourn less online victims.
