You Will Become Addicted! 🥊
'Highly Recommend ' I joined this gym after my first class and have not been disappointed! The instructors are awesome, high energy, and motivating without being in your face. I can go in alone or with friends and always feel welcomed. The workout is second to none. I have lost inches and toned up in the month that I have been there. The gym is very clean and I highly recommend checking it out!

Fun and Friendly
ILKB in Queensbury NY welcomes everyone with open arms. It's a clean place with very encouraging instructors. I actually WANT to go workout. It quickly became more of a fun hobby for me rather than something I felt like I needed to do for my health. I'm glad I finally made the decision to go in and try out a class, because it’s something I look forward to everyday.

ILoveKickboxing Queensbury is amazing! Classes are energetic, instructors are awesome, and members are supportive and friendly. Great way to sweat, kick and punch the stress away.

I’m in LOVE!
I love kickboxing is an amazing place to be! It’s a place you want to go to and you look forward to going every day! There’s no “sink or swim” gym feel since everything can be modified for kick-boxers of all levels! The trainers are motivating and supportive through your whole journey, not just the workouts! I do recommend I love kickboxing to everyone I know because it’s already made a positive difference for me!

I Love Kickboxing Gets Results!
The trainers are excellent! They make it fun and exciting while helping you achieve your goals. I love going to class! They kick your butt but keep you motivated to push yourself to the next level.

Best Workouts I Have Ever Done!
I have always wanted to try kickboxing and I was really excited when I saw I love Kickboxing coming to Queensbury,NY. I didn't know what to expect when I first started but the ladies welcome you with open arms and make you feel right at home from the minute you walk into the door. They are all very friendly and willing to help you. The facility is always very clean and the classes are always leave you wanting to come back for more. I signed up to become a member after my class because I knew this was the place for me and I can't wait to continue this journey with them at I love kickboxing!
