Almost no troubles

My experience with this company was almost hassle-free. A friend of mine told me that she'd ordered with them before and she was really pleased with their services. However, it wasn't all so perfect in my case. I contacted them and they seemed very friendly and welcoming. They advised me on which products will suit my budget and promised to deliver on time. They were not good at keeping this promise as it took them more than a week to deliver my items. It was not convenient at all as I needed the items as soon as possible and this service turned out to be not the one I needed. It ended up costing me a lot of wasted time. Doubt if I will use their services again... everything was okay except from the delivery time which in my case was extremely important.
