Awfull communication, package lost

I paid for express shipping, over $30, in order for the order to arrive in time. It took almost a week for the order to be marked as shipped and then stalled for 3 weeks and never arrived. I am still awaiting my refund which may never arrive either

My order arrived in a very bad state, clearly mishandled and tossed arround. Despite the fact that it containted many little pieces, some of them were broken and unusable. The company is not interested in refunding or sending me another kit, as apparently its not their fault the packaging was done by a blind autistic person.
