Scammers

Scammers! A year ago I placed a pre-order on this site. It then said that I had to wait 2 months. No problem, this date was subsequently moved several times without me being informed. It's now been a year and I still haven't. You always get an answer via email from a bot or some useless standard email. It is also always said that they are dependent on the supplier. While the same product has been available on other sites for more than six months. Telephone contact is difficult and extremely difficult to understand. I have the feeling that English is being spoken in a French dialect. You will also be kept on a leash there. If you want your money back, you will lose 25% of the purchase amount. Save yourself the misery and don't buy anything here folks! because it's clear they don't care about the customer.

Awfull communication, package lost

I paid for express shipping, over $30, in order for the order to arrive in time. It took almost a week for the order to be marked as shipped and then stalled for 3 weeks and never arrived. I am still awaiting my refund which may never arrive either

My order arrived in a very bad state, clearly mishandled and tossed arround. Despite the fact that it containted many little pieces, some of them were broken and unusable. The company is not interested in refunding or sending me another kit, as apparently its not their fault the packaging was done by a blind autistic person.
