Do not rent from them.

My husband and I moved into our rental property in November. We were told upon moving in that everything was working and they would fix what was broken before moving in. Well it is now February and we haven’t had anything repaired. We have been without heat (which we found out was leaking carbon monoxide poisoning) broken dishwasher, plumbing issues, electrical issues and the house was not cleaned. We now have to go to court because they are attempting to evict us because we asked them to repair broken things. It has been the worst living experience ever.

Unprofessionalism

I submitted an application with Peter at 7ATL he called and let me know he was working on our application. Also let me know I could go and see the house. I saw the house and asked him if the property would be ready by the 1st of the month which was 2 weeks away. I contacted him each week for him to tell me he's waiting on the landlord. Then on the 1st of the month he stops responding to my text messages. We paid our money for our application but we were never told if we were approved or denied. Nothing... The company just stop responding. Then we pass by the home and someone is moving in. I contacted Peter to see what was going on because he hadn't responded to any of my attempts to check the status of our application.
