This was my first foray into using an online service

This was my first foray into using an online service. I’m afraid of the Internet, because there are so many horror stories out there of faulty merchandise and people stealing your money. I used an online service on the recommendation of my son. These people have been in business for donkey’s years, he said, it’s quite safe. So I did. The service sent out what they said they would, but charged me for it twice. I messaged them to ask why, and was told that there were fees. What for, I asked. Just fees. We have to stay in business, you know. Not like that, I replied. I’ll never use this service again. Nor will my son.
