HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Doctor Ellington loves to hear himself talk and is very conceded. He does not listen to the patient & does not go over and beyond to help the patient understand clearly what's going on. I can never get through on the phone lines and when I finally did one time, the secretary was ugly speaking to me. She was very rude and unprofessional including telling me to shut up!! She would not let me speak or finish a sentence!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I DESERVE RESPECT!!
