Agoda are criminals

I booked four nights in a hotel. I am a 73 year old pensioner. I made a simple mistake and booked dates in February when I wanted the same dates in March. Agoda would not help me and change the dates. They kept my money. Agoda are heartless criminals and should be brought to account.

False advertising

Advertise breakfast and when paid up, no breakfast on confirmation paperwork. When I phoned up agonda. They said they would not give a refund and a breakfast was only cheap. £20!!! My daughter is a student so £20 can hardly be classed as cheap. And why advertise breakfast and then decline when payment is made. I had to raise a dispute with my cred card provider, for not getting the product advertised.

BookingVIP is a LIE

The worst hotel booking site to ever go on! My family and I planned trip to Cancun this June to celebrate my grandson's graduation. After 4 of my family members purchased rooms from this site, they were told they could not stay at the same resort as us and they would have to move them. They could not get their money back. The resorts that they moved them to were 30 minutes from each of our resorts and we could not visit each other at our resorts. The resort they put me at did not look anything like the pictures online. The resort was very old and dirty! The food was horrible and cold! I never ate at my resort. The staff was rude on BookingVIP.com and so was the staff at The Krystal Palace Resort. I urge anyone NOT to book with this website. They lie, they're rude, not helpful and not accommodating at all!
