Not bad but...

I understand that working people need a break during their shift. I even understand why some people might smoke a cigarette or two. Stress is a killer, after all. So walking through a wall of cigarette smoke, even though it smells awful, doesn’t bother me. On the other hand, to see service reps talking on their phones as they wait on people does bother me. I, personally, don’t want to hear about someone’s date the previous night, or how the evening ended up. Calls like that should be conducted on their break or after work. I won’t return.
