AllStar Honda destroyed my engine!

5/10/17 too my 2008 Honda Pilot to All-Star Honda for a timing belt / waterpump service. 5/1/17 belt broke on expressway \ lost powersteering. Belt replaced 5/10/17. 5/11/17 - vehicle sounds like major engine issues. 5/11/17 dealership states to bring it in . 5/12/17 vehicle breaks down enroute to dealership. 5/15//17 dealership informs me engine is destroyed. 5/22/17 dealership informs me an engine with approximately 8,000 more miles as put into my vehicle - engine was taken from a salvaged vehicle - junk yard. 5/22/17 dealership not offering any compensation for the increased mileage and still insists on being paid $682.43 for the original service. When this was disputed - Manager stated well then he'll take the new belt and pump out. and then "well sue me ! "
