I had a Silver Membership for several years and what I thought was a good experience UNTIL I had an electrical problem. I tried to log into my account but was denied access because my membership had expired. To renew my membership I had to CALL - I could not log back into my account to renew or update my account. I can't even delete my account without calling them!!! I tried Home Advisor and without having to create an account or pay any fee, I had a list of electricians in less than 5 mins. The first guy I called was at my home 35 mins later, on a Fri afternoon, and my problem fixed in 25 mins and for less than I expected. I think it's very telling that Angie's List has no Google rating or the ability to be rated on Google.
