Won't use again.
Put on hold, transferred from one to another. This went on for at least an hour until I had to cut the call short due to my phone battery running low.

Not what I expected at all!
They booked a different holiday for me - not the one I wanted. When I contacted them to resolve the issue there wasn't a supervisor available to speak to so I had to wait for their call. However, no one called back which was not acceptable. My advise is to be cautious with them!
