Avoid Bathstore if at all possible
I paid over the top to have my dream bathroom installed by Bathstore - to my shock it turned into the biggest nightmare causing me personal trauma and eventually job loss. The standard of work is beyond unacceptable let alone the customer service I was subjected to. There is no way I would let anybody go through what I've been through so please avoid like the plague

Under terms and conditions you must unwrap and examine every piece of the furniture, regardless of the state of your building work and how practical this is. If you do not they will not replace any damaged part even if it was obviously packed damaged and not damaged in transit
