Best Western Hospitality Hotel and Suites 5500 28th St. SE Grand Rapids,Mi 49512

On June 19th 2017 the Marine Corp made reservations at this hotel for 16 Marine Recruits whose flights to Paris Island had been cancelled. This hotel would not let them check in because they were under 21. This hotels manager Nadir (not sure if spelling is correct ) hung up on me at least 6 times as I tried to explain the situation. The recruits could not go to another hotel as this would have made them AWOL. So as promised I am sharing my experience with this hotel on all public forums. Do not stay here! They do not support our troops!

Don't stay here

Roach infested. Dirty. Staff rude. First room they gave us reeked cigarette smoke. Front desk was insulted that we asked for a different room! Bad experience!!!

Customer service

We encountered an amazing employee Sarah at the best western in boise idaho next to the airport. After a long day of traveling Sarah was so helpful and kind. She made our check in humourse yet professional. Was so glad to have Sarah work with us as she made it really simple and quick. In no time we were walking right into our room. Thank you for being so awesome!

Limpley stoke hotel - brilliant

Staff great. Good local knowledge. Room was comfortable. Food was delicious. Definately going back. Birthday card from Elyssa (york) was a nice surprise

Best western plus

My stay with best western plus may 2017 I am very shocked the only thing that was good is check-in area Other than that the sheets were stained yellow not white yellow and to top it off the towel I used has another yellow stain I was so upset how can the towels and sheets be dirty/yellow think ***** I was my own blanket That I keep in my car .. also the breakfast was ok but the eggs had to many spices it tasted afull don't know if they use real eggs but they need to good eggs plain . The super was like horrible Mexican food it was nasty and some lady there was giving beer away left to right so you have drunk men all over the place flirty with her .. my wife was not happy especially for the eniviroment for our kids they did not need to see that very very unsatisfied with best western
