Not pleased

. If you are going to charge me for something it would be nice if you make sure that I actually had the service first. While I am interested in the service that you're charging me for no one has talk to me about actually giving me the service. Right now I am being charge for something that I don't even have and I don't appreciate it. I don't like this is at all and you need to do something about it.
