Got more than double what I paid
It is a great service. I double the money back that I paid for flight and travel costs. Email response not so good. I got the same info I did not ask for again and again which is only an automated one. But when I call them they explain everything properly and tell me what is going on. I did not pay anything at the end. The fees are already deducted from the money I get. They never asked me to pay and promised even if the case had not been successful I would have not paid. I recommend this for flight delays. I had a over 3 hours flight delay.
