I live in Canada and my order of four tops took six weeks! Just arrived yesterday and I am very disappointed in the quality. The items do not look as shown on the site. Also the sizing....bust being 37 inches for a small, which I ordered, not even close! The return seems more a hassle, so I'll chalk this up and won't be a repeat customer.

This is a cowboy outfit. Their product is nothing like the pictures. They pretend they haven’t received your refunds and keep your money. Do not buy here! Total money scam! Not a real legitimate fashion company. They need reporting for fraud and extortion.

BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM boutiquefeel.com. I ordered one item on 4/12/2020. Boutiquefeel charged fully my credit card the next day on 4/13/2020. Boutiquefeel also charged me a shipping fee of $4.99 on my item. Today is 05/30/2020 (over 1.5 months) and the item is still not yet delivered. I asked for a refund but Boutiquefeel said they will not refund.
Boutiquefeel also violated the California sales tax laws. They did not collect sales tax on their online sales. I will report this to the California Board of Equalization.

Very poor experience with them . Very poor quality. I ordered 3 items,. Was told one was out of stock one month after placing the order (I did get a refund), received one item one month after placing my order and still waiting for another 6 weeks later!! Will not order from them again.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought three items, two fit ok but one didn't so I asked if I could return it for the next size up. They gave me an address that the USPS said is undeliverable and now no response from anyone. This company also has a sister site chicme.com so buyer beware. They have some nice looking clothing but everything comes from China so you never know what size to order. My wife is a DD and usually wears a Medium so I bought a large dress b/c of her breast and it was still way too small. One item I bought was a medium and it was way too big. It's a crapshoot with no customer support

This is the worst website ever. Do NOT order from this website. The dress i received was nothing like the photo and it was very low quality. When i tried to return the dress i was told i couldn't and they offered me a $5 voucher to spend in a WEEK as compensation. When I explained this wasn't good enough they sent me an address and told me to take care of it myself. The entire website is a scam. Wish I read the reviews before purchasing

Buyer beware! The return policy is sketchy! I sent back to items of clothing weeks ago and included the order number. Customer service is now telling me that I had to take a picture of my receipt from the post office and sent it to them. Now I am out money and two items of clothing. Will not purchase from this company again.

I ordered 3 items, all the same size. None of them fit, the measurements given on the site were absolutely false. The dress was way too small, the jumpsuit and the pants were enormous. The quality was poor with loose threads sticking out. Nothing was as pictured. Returning the items proved to be impossible, there is no way to connect with a human being. Returning shipping is responsibility of the customer, even for exchanges. Exchanges were impossible because they no longer had the items in stock. The only solution the non-human offered over FB messenger was a 15% off coupon toward my next order, but it had to be redeemed within a week. BE WARNED.

The clothing sold is cheap tat at best

The romper I received looks completely different than it did online. Cheap flimsy material is what I received. Very wrinkled. Does not look like the photos or material online at all.

If I could give a zero I would! Waited over a month for my order to keep being told please be patient it can take 10 working day 😐 So they not understand that 10 working days does not accumulate over 1 month? I have asked them for a refund to which they keep dodging my question and again asking me to be patient! Luckily enough I paid via PayPal so will be requesting this back with them!! Worst customer service ever stay away!! If you look up reviews elsewhere loads of people having the Same issue
