Do not trust Boxman

I had my stuff with them for 1.5 years and my TV, a case and expensive vase were all "lost" and now they are not even answering my e-mails. However, they took all the money, lost my goods (or they were taken) and now the customer service is so bad that they just try to ignore messages. Disgusting!

Absolute disaster

They have taken my money every month, but cannot get them to return my items in storage. They don't answer the phones and they don't respond to emails. Basically, they've taken my money and stolen my items in storage. I definitely wouldn't use them - EVER!

Simple and easy to use!

You cannot go wrong hiring a firm that cares about its customers while performing a service with skill and in a timely manner. I honestly can find no fault with this company.
