Ever heard of Buckle? Don't worry, not missing much. I met the store manager Sam in Vancouver, and she is a downright b*** She made me feel extremely inadequate when I requested some help. I also wanted to be helped by a guy as I wanted to know some things from a male standpoint about the fit of jeans and the briefs, and every time I tried to ask the tall guy something, this lady comes out of nowhere trying to get me to buy another shirt, and she kept telling me not to talk to the tall guy because he was new. Lady, I am an executive trainer, and that was no way to handle your employee on the floor. I finally got away from her, and the tall kid new his stuff. She was pushy, rude, and arrogant. Listen to your customers, and your employees, stop trying to make a ***** sale.
