I cannot believe the awful customer service and shady practices of this company. Please avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Budget Air is terrible!!!

Why is it so difficult to get e-tickets
You might have better luck than I did, but I doubt it. It’s like rolling the dice and hoping for the best, except in this case, you’re talking about your wallet. All around atrocious!
