I ordered a fancy rolling pin. What I received was a package of plastic cookie cutters. They said my order was delivered & would not do anything for me. I will never order from this co. again.

Used these for a while now, so convenient and easy to shop online. Delivery has always been quicker than 3-5 days as promised. I have waited at longest three days with an average of two day wait. Excellent value too, easily beats it's competitors to convenience and cost, especially when sending heavier items.No problems with deliveries as yet so I've not tried out the customer service

I am not a fan of online shopping when i try to buy here in Burstcolor I absolutely enjoying my shopping. I was able to buy items that I couldn't find at any store. So satisfied with the product,have good customer service. Looking forward to order more.

This is my first time to do online shop and the experience is good I felt totally free to browse around without feeling anyone was trying to sell me anything. Everytime I need assistance, they right there to answer all my question. Overall is good and better service. Keep it up.

I absolutely love this store! All the items i have bought from this store have been extremely great quality and all deliveries arriving within 48 hours (at most). The staff were really friendly whenever I had inquiries as well. I would recommend Burstcolor to absolutely everyone.

I had to return some items and once the process started it was quick and simple. There was a slight delay from Burstcolor in responding but they sent an email saying that they were busy but would get to mine soon. One of their stuff dealt with my return and was extremely helpful. A little delay on some deliveries but other than that, no problems with my orders. Its cheaper and convenient for me to order online. This is the easiest way to go shopping without hassle. No regrets!

I love the Color Changing Lipstick I ordered from them. They blend on my lips well. It only took me 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I heard a lot of bad reviews from the site but based on my experience, I give good ones for this one.
