Ordered a shower system from Hudson Reed and it never arrived.
Ordered a shower system from Hudson Reed. It never arrived. Hudson Reed offered no help in tracking shipment, or refund, or re-shipment. UPS advised a 3rd party shipper was involved to get the product from Hudson Reed to UPS for delivery. That shipper was no help. Has an R4 (worst) BBB rating. Bottom line, I’m out $800. Would not advise purchasing from this vendor.
