Wrong item sent three times - impossible to speak to a manager as they won't put you through but say one will call you back within 24 hours - they don't - called head office - same sort of treatment - they just put you back through to the customer service department and you go round in circles - bad sign when managers hide from their customers - WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
