It can't be too difficult, or it shouldn't be difficult at all to be professional at your own work place. Evidently, it's too much to ask for from this company. I had to call over 6 times, and was placed on hold for 17 minutes once they did answer. The customer service worker I was dealing with even acted as if the phone reception was bad, which resulted in her hanging up on me. I made the mistake of contacting this company again just for the same incident to take place. How foolish of me.
