What?
that's pretty much it once you buy the unit, typical of most these days , but the units were delivered promptly and in fine shape , not real happy with gree's design and operation , would not recommend their LIVO unit to ANYONE

This service is not worth
This service is not worth wasting your time or money on. I learnt that the hard way. It looked so promising to begin with but it went quickly downhill from there. Nothing that I was promised was followed through on. They'll tell you anything to keep you happy, but that's as far as it goes. They don't deliver on anything that's arranged.
