AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is a fraudulent company which is only interested in taking your money. The payments went through my credit card as deposits and the sales person (Chandrika) misled me to believe the amounts could be used against conveyancing fees and "no completion, no fee". When there was a problem, the person did not reply to emails nor answer calls. Finally spoke to a very rude manager (Tracey) who first claimed the payments were made to the conveyancing company not them, when I said I had already contacted the conveyancer when they failed to reply to my email and was told the conveyancing company did not receive the payments, Tracey changed to say that the payments were their commission and there is no chance for a refund. I have asked my credit card company who agreed to charge back the payment and suggest that I make a formal complaint to Trading Standards which I will do. Don't let this company charge you hundreds for finding a conveyancer and provide you with absolutely no service. Shocking experience and will never use them again.
