Do not buy from them!
I placed a large order for the holidays. I was told that half of my order would be shipped in time. The other half was supposed to be delivered after the holidays. I was okay with that. However, I'm still waiting for the majority of my products six months later. I will never order from them again!

Poor customer service
I made the mistake of ordering an item in the wrong size. My computer was having issues, and I clicked on the default size in error. I called customer service and was told that it wouldn't be a problem, and that they would correct it before it shipped. Well, I just received the product in the wrong size. I tried to return it, but was told that it's something they don't carry anymore. They said I could get a credit or donate it. I want my original item!
