The return shipping is a nightmare

If you use their form and write some code on it, you won't pay, get a refund, whatever, but the post office charges. Then you call again and they send another form and you go to the post office again with free return shipping and pay when they told you would not have to do so. Then they blame you. I bought a size 8 women's as they said they were true to size and were not. They I bought a 7 and it was too big so I must order a 6 to fit and I have not worn a 6 size I was in the third grade. Their sizing not right, their customer service terrible. They were willing to lose me as a customer over $5.75. Plus they don't have a store in Austin Tx, the 11th largest city in the USA. Don't order online and good luck driving to the closest store, 25 miles away.
