Late delivery
The delivery was 4 days late, and I tried contacting customer service so many times, but no one would ever answer! This is so unprofessional and a terrible way to treat your customers.

Satisfied isn't strong enough a word
I have known the owner for quite some time, and he takes his livelihood very seriously. This company goes out of their way for each and every customer.

2.5 weeks to deliver custom sock order missed by a week
They blamed me for not giving them an in-hands date which they never asked for. The delivery window had an outside delivery date of November 5th; they sent on the 5th and I got it the 4 days later -- too late to use.
