HORRIBLE customer service
The company made mistake after mistake with very poor followup. Reservations made by this company were not taken care of properely. No contact information was passed on the the airlines so no changes were transmitted to customer. Confirmations were never sent on ground transportation and followup doesn't exist. My recommendation is to never use the point .redemption company for Chase Ultimate Rewards Travel
