My husband and I hired Don and his wife to photograph and video tape our wedding and we are so upset with the service we received. They showed up early to get set up took pictures of the groom and his dad before the wedding. They took one picture of each person in the wedding as they came down the aisle wish there were more to choose from. After the wedding we took pictures with family and friends then we took a couple pictures of just the two of us before his battery died and he said sorry he had to be done. We bought the package with unlimited photos and video of the ceremony. We did not get nearly as many pictures as we wanted because his battery died So we had to have family and friends take pictures with their cameras for us. Then once we received the video in the mail when we got home and after watching it we could not believe how awful it was . The video started when we were already standing together and the preacher had already began speaking did not get any of the bridal party or of myself walking down the aisle and once we were pronounced husband and wife we started walking away the camera was on our heads then just cuts off and that was it. They did not even get the whole ceremony the most important day of my life all the money we paid to have it taped and it didn’t even happen. We even called Don he would not return our calls I text him and told him I was upset about the video and he said he wasn’t taking responsibility for it. And that was that very unprofessional.
