We made two appointments on the same day, one for the brides then bridesmaids afterwards. The associates did pretty good with the brides, except we didn't get to ring the bell after finding our dresses. When it came time for the bridesmaids the associates ran off to help others instead of taking care of the people who made appointments in advance. As a result we weren't able to find bridesmaid dresses. They also told me that since the dress I tried on in store was 4 sizes too big the one in my size would be shorter, which is what I wanted. They were so wrong and now I'm left with a dress that's too long for me even with really tall heels on. The manager also told me that when financing the dresses there would be no minimum payment which is the only reason I went through with the purchase because I can't afford another $200 payment per month. Not only is there a minimum payment but you get charged a late fee if you can't make the minimum payment every month. I would never recommend anyone going there, they don't know what they're doing...unless their job is to ***** people over!
