Bad experience

Long, unpleasant struggle with their customer services department. Eventually I reached the manager and was able to lodge a complaint. I was summarily ignored and transferred to a rather testy customer services representative. The attitude was less than stellar, and appeared to be resistant and contrary to my every concern. Would not recommend.

Proffessional company and good service.

Certainly a good and trustworthy company. I've contacted them in order to get my flight trip arranged as I was feeling slightly nervous due to bad experience with previous companies. The advisor I spoke to took the initiative and guided me through everything, and took time to arrange the cheapest route. I am really happy with the company for the service I received. Certainly will be using them again.
