Unable to reach support

This is the first time it's happened after I purchased the voice credit. The local numbers didn't work and I had to use the toll free number, which worked but the remaining minutes sounded a lot different from last time I used it. I tried a number times to report the problem on their support website but it freezes on me and I couldn't submit it. They don't have another way for me to reach them. Bummer!

Simply terrible

Their webiste is ****. The prices are not too high, but the quality of the connectinon is abyssmal. You need to try to call 5 or 6 times just to get through. Calls get disconnected very often and half of the time you cannot hear the person speaking on the other side. Certainly not worth the hassle. Spend your funds elsewhere.
